Dr. Patrick DeMarco - Board Certified Allergist
Dr. Patrick DeMarco received his M.D. from the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann University in 2000. He completed his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of South Florida. Following this, he remained in Tampa to complete his allergy fellowship at USF and pediatric allergy/immunology training at All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Allergy & Immunology.
Dr. DeMarco has been author on several peer reviewed articles and textbooks. He serves on the executive committee of the Florida Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Society and is also a member of several national, state and local medical societies. He has received many awards throughout his medical career and was most recently selected for the Patients' Choice Award in both 2008 and 2009, a distinction received by less than 5% of all national physicians. Dr. DeMarco is most proud of this honor because it "comes directly from my patients and is satisfying to know that I made a tangible impact on their lives".
Outside of work hours, Dr. DeMarco enjoys playing baseball, football, basketball and video games with his two young sons.
